Welcoming Insurance, Financing,

& Private Pay 

We request payment for products and services at time of delivery.  

If we are in-network with your Insurance plan and/or HMO medical group, we are happy to submit a claim for you. If a claim is denied by your insurance company, we will request payment in full.

Care Credit Audiology Financing

  • 12-month Plan, interest-free, for amounts more than $200
  • 24, 36, 48, or 60-month Plans, with interest, for amounts more than $1000
  • Having a credit score of 620 or higher is generally recommended to maximize                            chances of approval. However, some report approval with scores as low as 600                      Applying with a co-signer may increase your chances of approval

Wells Fargo Health Advantage

  • 12-month Plan, interest-free, for amounts more than $200
