I had my first appointment today with Dr. Boyle . If I can give this doctor 10 stars I would– She was friendly -highly professional -incredibly knowledgeable- She was a treasure trove of info about my hearing issues…

The Dr took a lot of time to explain many areas of my hearing loss and she was a wonderful mentor to her student Dana who is there observing and also participating– From the moment I walked in the office they were following very strict guidelines with the Covid pandemic..
I can’t get over how informative she was and how knowledgeable she was when it came to explaining to me all facets of my hearing loss she not only was a teacher but she also was very nurturing and super professional..

First let me say Dr. O’Boyle is an exceptional doctor. I can’t remember how we were referred but I’m so glad we found her! My daughter had a double ear infection a little over a year ago which caused permanent hearing loss and tinnitus. It was at that time we began going to Hearing Associates.
Why do I think she is exceptional:
1) Dr. O’Boyle has a passion for her work; and you can feel it in her office. From sitting in on multiple appointments I can tell you she too suffers from hearing loss. She has LIVED IT and shares her experiences when making recommendations.
2) I’m very impressed that she is training the next generation of audiologists. On many occasions Dr. O’Boyle asked permission to allow students to sit in on our appointments, hearing tests, etc. These students were from CSUN and very grateful to share in on the real world experience.
3) On a more personal note, Dr. O’Boyle’s energy level is something to be admired. It did not matter if we saw her first thing in the morning or we were the last patient of the day; she is HIGH ENERGY. You are going to get your money’s worth… I assure you.
We finally decided to purchase hearing aids and they are helping. I cannot thank Dr. O’Boyle and her excellent staff enough for everything they have done for my daughter.
To anyone needing an audiologist or just a hearing test… look no further.
